Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be stoked on your Frog Skateboards gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all hardware, decks, and apparel are in their original, unused condition with packaging intact.

Return Process

  Check Your Gear

  Verify that your items are unskated, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached before starting your return.

• 2.
  Get a Return Label

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to generate a prepaid shipping label and return authorization form.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, making sure to include the return slip inside.

• 4.
  Drop and Ship

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
